⚠️ Strict Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account or purchase raffle tickets on BenueDraws.

1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to BenueDraws ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BenueDraws website, mobile applications, services, and digital raffle draws.

By creating an account, browsing active draws, or purchasing raffle tickets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage.
  • Jurisdiction: The platform operates in compliance with the relevant gaming, raffle, and consumer laws of Benue State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration (including your legal name and valid Nigerian phone number). Maintaining multiple accounts to bypass draw limits is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must immediately notify BenueDraws of any unauthorized access.

3. Ticket Purchases and Payment Terms

  • Official Currency: All ticket prices and prizes are denominated and processed in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN).
  • Finality of Purchase: Once a raffle ticket is issued and assigned a unique ticket number in your account, the transaction is final and strictly non-refundable, except in the event of an officially cancelled draw.
  • Payment Verification: Ticket issuance is subject to verified confirmation from our authorized payment processors (e.g., Paystack / Flutterwave). BenueDraws is not liable for network failures on the user's banking end.

4. Provably Fair & Automated Draw Mechanics

BenueDraws is engineered with a strict principle of cryptographic fairness:

  • Server-Side Execution (CSPRNG): All winners are selected using a cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator (CSPRNG) executed within an isolated, server-side Cloudflare/Supabase Edge environment.
  • Zero Human Manipulation: No administrator, employee, or third party has the ability to manually select winners, alter odds, or predict winning ticket numbers.
  • Public Verification: Once a draw concludes, winning ticket numbers, draw execution timestamps, and cryptographic verification hashes are permanently published to the public results ledger.

5. Prize Claims, KYC & Payouts

  • Winner Notification: Winners are notified via their account dashboard, SMS, and registered email address immediately following draw execution.
  • Identity Verification (KYC): For high-value cash prizes and jackpot payouts, BenueDraws requires identity verification (such as a valid National Identity Number NIN, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or International Passport) matching the name on the account.
  • Payout Timelines: Verified cash prizes are disbursed directly to the winner's designated Nigerian commercial bank account within 24 to 72 business hours following verification.
  • Claim Expiration: Unclaimed prizes after a period of 90 calendar days may be forfeited in accordance with applicable state gaming regulations.

6. Responsible Gaming & Fair Play

BenueDraws promotes responsible digital entertainment. Users should only spend amounts they can comfortably afford. If you feel your participation is becoming compulsive, please contact our support team to request temporary cooling-off periods or voluntary account self-exclusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Attempt to probe, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's random draw engine.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized scrapers to interact with the platform.
  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks, stolen card usage, or money laundering activities.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, BenueDraws and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, banking gateway delays, or network failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Benue State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Benue State.
