Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BenueDraws platform ("Platform"), purchasing raffle tickets, or participating in any cash draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Participant Eligibility

To participate in any cash draw on BenueDraws, you must fulfill the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Be a resident of Benue State or hold a valid Nigerian bank account capable of receiving electronic NGN transfers.
• Provide true, accurate, and current profile details (Full Name, Phone Number, and Bank Account Details).
• Employees or immediate family members of BenueDraws system operators are prohibited from participating in promotional draws.

3. Ticket Purchases & Payment

All ticket purchases are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. By confirming a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances once processed.
• Each ticket purchased is assigned a unique sequential ticket number for the specific draw.
• Buying multiple tickets increases your chances of winning proportional to the total tickets sold.

4. Draw Execution & Winner Selection

BenueDraws guarantees strict operational integrity and transparency in every draw event:

• Selection Methodology: Winners are selected using an automated server-side random selection system, recorded and audit-logged in real-time.
• Winner Hierarchy: Each completed draw awards three (3) winners: 1st Place (Grand Winner), 2nd Place (Runner Up), and 3rd Place (Third Winner), with individual prize amounts defined per draw.
• Draw Deadlines: Draws are executed automatically when the draw date is reached or when all allocated tickets are sold out, whichever occurs first.

5. Prize Payouts & Disbursements

Prizes are disbursed strictly via direct electronic bank transfer to the winning user's registered Nigerian bank account details (`bank_name`, `account_number`, `account_name`).

• Winners are notified via account dashboard alerts and email/SMS notifications.
• Bank account details must match the verified user profile name.
• Payouts are processed within 24 to 72 hours following draw execution and verification.

6. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

BenueDraws reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account involved in fraudulent behavior, automated bot submissions, payment manipulation, or impersonation.

7. Limitation of Liability

BenueDraws shall not be held liable for temporary platform downtime, internet connection errors, or incorrect bank transfer details provided by the participant.
